The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur has declared the result of the 2021 Joint Entrance Examination-Advanced (JEE Advanced) on Friday, October 15. Candidates can check their JEE Advanced 2021 result and the answer key by visiting the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will now conduct counselling for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs. Candidates who have secured ranks in JEE Advanced 2021 are eligible to participate in the Joint Seat Allocation process for seats in IITs. JEE Main qualified candidates can apply through the NIT+system.
Registrations for JoSAA counselling 2021 will begin on October 16,2021 at josaa.nic.in. Candidates can check the full schedule here.
Mridul Agarwal secured the All India Rank 1 (AIR 1) in the 2021 JEE Advanced by scoring 348 marks out of 360 (96.66%). Kavya Chopra, who scored 286 marks out of 360, is the female topper of the JEE-Advanced 2021 exam.

A total of 1,51,193 students registered for the IIT Entrance exam this year, out of which 1,41,699 students appeared in the exam. Amongst the appeared candidates, 41,862 students (35,410 male; 6,452 female) qualified the exam.
The JEE Advanced 2021 was conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur on October 3. The exam consisted of two papers (Paper 1 and Paper 2) of Physics, Chemistry, Maths. The JEE advanced question papers, candidate response sheet and provisional answer keys were released last week.
