Panda Dharmarakshini Election Sign Allotment

The Panda Dharmarakshini Sabha Election Committee 2023-24 held a meeting on January 2nd to distribute election symbols to the candidates for the posts of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Minister.

In a press release, Panda Dharmarakshini Sabha (Regd.) Election Committee 2023-24 Chairman, Girija Shankar Falahari, said that the following election symbols were allocated through lottery:

President:

Ajay Narayan Mishra – Gas cylinder (गैस सिलेंडर)
Mrityunjaya Pandit – Sewing machine (सिलाई मशीन)
Rajdev Mishra (Rajesh) – Axe (कुल्हाड़ी)
Vinod Dutt Dwari – Bulb (बल्ब)
Prof. (Dr.) Suresh Bhardwaj – Tool (टूल)

Vice President:

Ashish Kumar Jha – Boat (नाव)
Uttam Shringari (Jhalku) – Hut (झोपड़ी)
Kundan Pandit – Comb (कंघी)

As election day draws closer, Deoghar witnesses a surge in campaign activities. All candidates are running door-to-door campaigns in full swing to advertise their respective future visions as Sabha members.

Meanwhile, social media platforms are also buzzing with voter discussions on various candidates’ merits, and appeals of vote for their respective favourites.

The election for the Panda Dharmarakshini Sabha happens every 5 years and the upcoming election is scheduled to be held on January 14, 2024. The results will be announced on the same day after the counting of votes, which will begin immediately after the conclusion of the election.
